Abstract

In order to improve availability and save operational expenses, new cloud architecture requires self-sufficient recovery. For self-healing clouds, this research suggests a policy-driven automation architecture. Terraform uses IaC when connected to Azure Functions. With the proposed design, manual intervention is reduced by 94.7% and the total time required is 3.2 minutes, as compared to the typical 45 minutes taken by existing remediation approaches.
