The paper examines the difficulties associated with obtaining patents for AI-related discoveries, with a specific focus on issues related to identifying the inventors and the eligibility of the patents.The studyexplore issues pertaining to intellectual property, questions about prejudice and fairness, and the need for regulation and governance. The text emphasizes the significance of copyright, patents, trade secrets, and data privacy in safeguarding the progress made in AI and ML.
